EXHIBITION 'SOCIALISM!' 20'S - 30'S

This exhibition depicts one of the most tragic periods in the history of the country - the period of building Socialism in Russia , the period of repressions. The creators of the display believe that the industrialization of the country would have been impossible without coercive use of work force on a widest scale.

The exposition consists of three sections:

Dispossession and exile of rich peasant families into the North
Political repressions of the second half of the 30's
Exile of people from the West Ukraine and Belarus to he North in the end of 30's.

The exhibition contains archive materials, collected items and gifts from the relatives of the repressed people.
